Battle to protect Edgewood Park begins
Targeted for development, this hillside park contains some of the area's most important serpentine soil habitats and is home to numerous native plants and animals, some endangered. The battle to protect Edgewood Park — conducted by numerous environmental organizations, including Committee for Green Foothills — will go on for more than two decades.
