C1 trail alignment as proposed by Stanford

The environmental community is asking for trail alignments that provide connectivity between urban centers and open space, and that are both scenic and safe. Stanford's proposed C1 trail alignment falls short: stretches are dangerous, too narrow, too close to riparian habitat, and on land not owned by Stanford.
