Committee for Green Foothills called today for the Santa Clara County to reconsider environmental reforms that would reduce the number of new hillside “monster mansions” in the wake of the ongoing, 4,000 acre Summit Fire in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Cynthia D’Agosta to become CGF’s new Executive Director
Environmental nonprofit Committee for Green Foothills announced today that the group has hired Santa Clara county resident Cynthia D’Agosta to lead the organization. Ms. D’Agosta will take the reins of this 45-year old advocacy and education organization on May 1, overseeing its programs and fundraising as its new Executive Director.
