Nature’s Inspiration: Success!

Thank you to everyone who attended our 18th annual Nature’s Inspiration on October 3rd. Your participation truly made it an unforgettable evening!

Nature’s Inspiration is a celebration of our community and provides much needed funds that support Green Foothills’ annual operating budget. This year’s event was our most successful yet, so far raising commitments of over $340,000, including an estimated $17,000 in support of our Nature’s Inspiration Community Grantees: the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe of the San Francisco Bay Area, Rotary Club of San Jose Climate Action Committee, ¡Sí Se Puede! Collective in East San Jose, and Ayudando Latinos A Soñar (ALAS) on the San Mateo Coast (learn more about them). Thank you! Your support is making and will continue to make a difference.

We want to extend a special thanks our honorees, Blanca Alvarado and Rod Diridon, Sr., and all of our esteemed guests who made our program possible including Tamara Alvarado, Calpulli Tonalehqueh, Poet Joseph LaCour, and the Indigo Girls.

As you heard if you attended our event, the Green Foothills Leadership Academy trains a diverse base of community leaders working across sectors for the natural environment which is much needed in our region. Would you consider making a donation of $25, $50, or $75 to provide valuable funding for scholarships to the next generation of local leaders in the Leadership Academy? Your generous support will make an immediate and lasting impact.

Thank you again for attending and it was an honor to celebrate with you.
