Healing in Nature Series: Bair Island

Green Foothills invites you to spend time outdoors in nature at our Healing in Nature: Bair Island event. Bair Island is the largest island in the South Bay, located near Redwood City in the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge. We’ll take a ~3.5 mile walk on a flat, paved trail through the island, learn why it’s such a hotspot for bird and marine wildlife, and participate in a restorative meditation with local healers.
