Leadership Program. When you apply for our Leadership Program, we ask you for your name, email address, address, phone number, information regarding whether you have a condition that requires ongoing accommodations (optional), work location (optional), school location (optional), gender (optional), race (optional), age range (optional), and annual household income (optional).
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive personal information about you. For example, when you contact us for more information about Green Foothills, we may receive your name, email address, company name, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.
