Over 80 people took action and sent a comment letter on the Young Ranch residential project’s Draft Environmental Impact Report (see our previous post for details).

Let’s thank the City of San Jose for the in-depth comments it also submitted with their concerns about this project. As with our comment letter, the City takes serious issue with the adequacy of the Draft Environmental Impact Report.

Now, the County of Santa Clara must take all the comments they received and respond to them.  All comment letters and responses to the comments will be included in the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR). Once the FEIR is complete, the County can move forward with the decision-making process. We will inform you when this will take place.
