Solstice Chill & Stroll at Huddart Park

Celebrate the longest day of the year with us at our Solstice Chill & Stroll on Sunday, June 21, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Huddart Park. This will be a relaxed summer evening of nature, connection, and sunshine vibes!
As the heat of the day fades, we’ll gather at the West Meadow Picnic Area under the cool shade of coast redwoods, madrones, and oak brush trees for a casual celebration of the Summer Solstice. Mingle with fellow Green Foothills supporters and donors, enjoy light refreshments, and take in the beauty of this stunning park.
You can choose your own pace for the evening:
🥾 Take a leisurely walk or short hike on one of the many Huddart Park trails
🧺 Or just kick back at the picnic area and soak up good company and conversation.
This is the perfect chance to unwind, beat the heat, and toast to summer with your Green Foothills community, all while supporting the open spaces and natural landscapes we love. This is a mostly shady area and the ground underfoot is composed of soil and wood chips, with a 3% slope, so wear appropriate footwear and you may wish to bring a light jacket.
This event is free of charge. Please fill out the RSVP form separately for each attendee. Questions? Contact Jocelyn Rodriguez at jocelyn@greenfoothills.org.
