You can include Green Foothills in your will or trust using the following:
“I give, devise, and bequeath (% percent of my estate, dollars, or the residue of my estate) to the Green Foothills Foundation dba Green Foothills (Tax ID #94-6121854), to be used to fulfill the organization’s mission as determined by its Board of Directors.”
