Executive Director Megan Medeiros in the News on Measures B & C

Our Executive Director Megan Medeiros spoke at a press conference earlier this week as part of the “YES on C, NO on B” campaign. The event was covered by local news organizations, including SF Gate. The Gate‘s article, Mayor, Veterans, Environmental Leaders Come Together To Denounce ‘Senior Housing’ Proposal (5/9/18), explained our position that Measure B is “a billionaire-backed ballot measure that is misleading voters with false promises of homes for veterans.”

The article also covered Megan’s remarks, saying “Megan Medeiros, director of the Committee for Green Foothills, offered perspective on what effects the proposed facility would have on the surrounding areas of Evergreen, saying that the facility would create sprawl on undeveloped hillsides and threaten nearby Coyote Valley.”

You can check out a video of the press conference below.
