Justyne leads the growth and stewardship of the Green Foothills donor community, building meaningful relationships that help protect local open spaces for generations to come. She previously served as Green Foothills’ Community Engagement Manager (2015–2021), where she connected supporters to the mission through memorable, mission-driven events—including our signature annual fundraiser, Nature’s Inspiration. Today, she brings that same creativity and relationship-centered approach to guiding Green Foothills’ overall fundraising strategy.
Justyne began her career in donor development with Environmental Volunteers and is a trained naturalist through the Santa Clara County Naturalist Program, deepening her lifelong connection to the landscapes Green Foothills works to protect. A trained chef and graduate of the International Culinary Center, she loves bringing people together over good food. When she’s not working, you’ll find her exploring local and national parks, gardening, or enjoying time outside with her family.
Justyne holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and chose Green Foothills because, as she says, “our local environment needs a voice to speak for it—and to protect it.”
