Lauren is a native Californian and spent her summers camping and hiking. Her passion for the outdoors has only increased and Green Foothills’ mission of protecting local nature for all immediately resonated with her.
Before joining the Green Foothills board, Lauren spent seven years serving on the Palo Alto Utilities Advisory Commission, including serving as Chair.
Lauren has an anthropology degree from UC Berkeley and a JD from Columbia Law School. She practiced law in the Bay Area for over 30 years.
Lauren has hiked and backpacked across the state from the Trinity Alps to the Sierra Nevada to Death Valley and many places in between. She also enjoys cooking, travelling, and connecting with friends.
